BSc(Hons) Applied Animal Behaviour and Training
Sally Marchant has been working with dogs and other animals (a wide variety, from hamsters to zoo animals) since childhood. Sally achieved a First Class Honours degree in Applied Animal Behaviour and Training in 2006 and has experience working in dog rescue centres, running training classes and 1-2-1 training, and has appeared as a guest speaker at seminars.
As well as filming and editing articles for www.naturallyhappydogs.com, Sally runs www.dog-and-bone.co.uk, providing dogs and other animals for Film, TV and advertising, and also running seminars for dog professionals. Sally’s own dogs have appeared on stage at the Royal Opera House (Covent Garden, London), in a variety of TV shows and adverts, and even on Japanese Television. Sally has worked with a variety of animals, from hamsters to zoo animals, and has competed in agility, obedience, flyball and ‘Scruffts’.
Sally is mum to two young boys and currently runs classes to train and supply dogs for film and TV work.
